1. Eligibility

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account without our written permission.

3. License to Use Colony Clash

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not transfer ownership of any part of the Game or its content.

4. Ownership

Colony Clash, including its software, artwork, music, rules, game mechanics, logos, trademarks, graphics, code, databases, and other content, is owned by Gore Strategies Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Services to you.

5. Virtual Content

The Services may include virtual items, including but not limited to:

• Crowns
• Cosmetics
• Campaigns
• Expansions
• Achievements
• Titles
• Badges
• Profile customizations
• Other digital content

These items are licensed, not sold.

They have no cash value, may not be exchanged for real-world currency unless expressly authorized by us, and may not be transferred between users unless we explicitly provide such functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, discontinue, or remove virtual content at any time.

6. Purchases

Purchases made through the Services may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Prices, availability, and offered content may change without notice.

Except where required by law, purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable.

7. Beta and Early Access

Colony Clash is currently an evolving product.

You acknowledge that:

• features may change;
• content may be added or removed;
• balancing adjustments will occur;
• bugs may exist;
• servers may occasionally be unavailable;
• accounts, rankings, inventories, achievements, or progress may be reset during testing if necessary.

Participation in beta testing does not create any entitlement to future content or compensation.

8. Community Conduct

We want Colony Clash to be competitive, welcoming, and respectful.

You agree not to:

• cheat or exploit bugs;
• use bots, automation, or unauthorized software;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
• post illegal, hateful, or offensive content;
• impersonate another person;
• attempt to disrupt the Services;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the Game except where permitted by law.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

9. User Content

Some portions of the Services may allow you to submit usernames, chat messages, guild information, feedback, screenshots, or other content.

You retain ownership of your original content.

However, by submitting content through the Services, you grant Gore Strategies Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify as necessary for technical purposes, and distribute that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you upload.

10. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, gameplay feedback, or feature requests, you agree that we may use those ideas without restriction or compensation.

Your feedback helps improve Colony Clash, and we appreciate every contribution.

11. Fair Play

Colony Clash is designed as a strategy game built on fair competition.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that engage in:

• cheating;
• exploiting unintended game behavior;
• manipulating rankings;
• unauthorized account sharing;
• fraudulent purchases;
• abusive conduct;
• repeated violations of these Terms.

Our decisions regarding enforcement are intended to preserve the integrity of the community.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, outages, security events, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gore Strategies Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gore Strategies Group and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to Gore Strategies Group during the previous twelve months; or
• US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gore Strategies Group, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Services;

• your violation of another person's rights.

If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services or by other appropriate means.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or acted in a manner that threatens the integrity or security of the Services or community.

Termination does not affect provisions that are intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
